FedEx and UPS are reliable, fast courier companies trusted by numerous businesses, with whom we have collaborated since 2017. Deliveries typically take 5 to 7 working days to reach your doorstep, regardless of your location, as we deliver worldwide.

How can you track your parcel with the courier?

Once the courier collects your order, we update the courier tracking number on your order, and an instant email notification is sent to the email address you provided during the order placement. We always recommend including your phone number when placing an order, as this allows couriers to send you tracking updates and, in some cases, contact you prior to delivery.

Proof of delivery?

Once your order is delivered, its status will be updated on the tracking link we provided. Within 1 working day of delivery, a proof of delivery document will be attached on the courier's website for your acknowledgment of parcel receipt.
