  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • The parcel needs to be sent to the address provided by the support for returns which depends upon where the parcel comes from. Customer is responsible for a trackable return paid by themselves in any scenario minus a 3% restocking fee.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the item should be sent back trackable.
