We want to make sure you receive your order in a timely manner.

  • Once an order is placed it goes under processing & production stage which takes 1 to 2 working days and then your parcel is immediately dispatched by reliable courier UPS or FedEx and a delivery is made within next 5 to 7 working days. For exact timings refer to the dates mentioned on the product page for the product you are ordering.
  • Whether you're in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Europe or anywhere in the world, we deliver worldwide using trusted couriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail. Rest assured, all deliveries come with tracking capabilities, allowing you to keep an eye on your parcel's progress.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your package whether small or large parcels are delivered to your door by our reliable delivery partners.

Except furniture deliveries all other deliveries are fast. Furniture takes 20 working days after production.

You can easily monitor the progress of your shipment, ensuring you know exactly when to expect your eagerly awaited items. Statues and furniture are packed in a wooden cage for secure deliveries by our courier.

For compliance and safety of both parties unpacking and moving goods inside is customer responsibility for large items.

We ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and beyond using trusted courier partners such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail. All deliveries come with tracking so you can monitor your parcel every step of the way.
  • Typically delivered within 5–7 working days, often even faster.
  • Made to order. Please allow 2–3 working days for production and packaging, followed by 5–7 working days for delivery.
  • Wallpapers are delivered within 3 to 4 working days from the date ordered by FedEx.
  • WallArt and Wall Decals are delivered within 5 to 7 days from date ordered.
  • Lightings are all made on Order and require 1 to 3 days in production and packaging and than delivered by UPS courier in 5 to 6 working days.
  • Only furniture is made to order and fully customisable. Production takes 10 working days 20–25 working days

At BabiesDecor.com, our head office is located in Essex, UK, where all operations and planning take place. We proudly operate multiple production units across the globe, including the USA, Poland (Europe), Sydney (Australia), Turkey, and China.

Regardless of the dispatch location, our delivery times remain consistent as outlined in the delivery tab above—so you can always shop with confidence, knowing what to expect.

We use trusted courier services such as UPS, FedEx, DPD, and Royal Mail to deliver our products worldwide—quickly and reliably.

Please note that furniture items are handled differently due to their large size. Each piece is carefully packed in polythermal, multi-layer protective sheets, then securely enclosed in a custom wooden crate. Because of the size and weight, furniture is shipped by sea, which ensures safe transit and cost-effective delivery.

In some cases—such as dining chairs or bar stools—we may arrange air shipping, depending on the specific agreement with the customer.
