Returns Explained

Quick Delivery & Returns Summary

Here's what you need to know about returning or exchanging an item:

  • If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it, with all tags and in its original packaging.
  • We don't accept cancellations, but if you have any issues with your order, please contact us at info@babiesdecor.com and we'll do our best to make it right.
  • If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please note that we can't accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalised orders which are discussed prior to ordering for customisations or items that are not in the same condition as you received them.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately on info@babiesddecor.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • The return parcel needs to be sent to the address provided by the support for returns. Customer is responsible for a trackable return paid by themselves in any scenario minus a 3% restocking fee.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and the item should be sent back trackable.
