Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something’s not quite right.

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. A 3% restocking fee applies to all returns, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping using a trackable method.

Please note:

  • We do not accept cancellations after 2 hours of placing your order. If cancelled within 2 hours, a 3% transaction fee will be deducted.
  • Custom or Made to Order items (such as personalised furniture or lighting) are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos and a video so we can resolve it promptly.

We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed. However:

  • within 2 hours of placing your order, we can cancel it minus a 3% transaction fee.
  • After this window, cancellations aren’t possible—but eligible items may still be returned within 30 days after delivery (excluding custom-made items).

If you'd like to exchange an item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the process if the item qualifies for exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right! Please email us at info@babiesdecor.com with:

  • Clear photos and a video of the issue
  • Description of the problem

This allows us to evaluate the situation and provide a solution—whether it’s a replacement, repair, or refund.

We do not offer free returns in any scenario.

If returning an item (for any reason: change of mind, damaged, etc.), the return shipping cost is your responsibility. A trackable service must be used, and the parcel must be clearly labeled as “Return” on the outside to avoid customs duties. If not labeled, any import duties will be charged to you.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for customised or personalised items, including furniture or lighting made to your specific requirements.

Please understand that we cannot make exceptions once a chargeback is filed. We have a dedicated accounts team that handles chargebacks globally through our secure payment partners. We take transparency and fairness very seriously and always aim to resolve concerns through direct communication.

How to return?

If you wish to return, no problem! We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

  1. Submit your request within 30 days of delivery by Submitting the form below.
  2. The item must be in a resell-able condition, having not been used or assembled. Package the item in the original boxes, or in a comparable manner if the original boxes are not available. This will ensure that your returned items arrive at our warehouse in the same resellable condition, which helps us meet our sustainability goals!
  3. Send to the returns address provided to you which you have recieved after getting a response to the form submitted below. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
  4. We will confirm receipt of your parcel return once we recieve your parcel back and process the refund in 5 working days. This will be debited to the same card or payment type you originally purchased.
